So, I’ve started to add things to my Google Calendar in regards to Animazement. Don’t be a fool and pay attention to any of the times of anything below, as they are just random times I set until the actual con schedule goes up in a few weeks. I wonder what else will be added then…

OH MAI GAWD IT’S A LONG POST WITH LOTS OF WORDS AND VEERS ALL OVER THE PLACE! WHAT HAS COME OVER ME?
With all this free time and the recent availability of DSL in my area (finally!), I’ve re-discovered the joys of the Internet. Namely, Netflix and Crunchyroll.
On the Netflix front, I’ve been watching Travel Channel’s Man v. Food, which makes me crave delicious, artery clogging food every time I watch. That Adam Richman guy is hella crazy, taking on all that food and not being afraid of anything. I could never do any of that stuff. I’m looking forward to new episodes in the summer, for sure.
In Crunchyroll-land, I’ve been pulled back with a month-long free trial, so I’m making the best of it checking out a few of the new shows this season, and watching the sequel to one of my favorite series. Of the crop of Winter 2011 shows, I’ve watched the first two episodes of Rio – Rainbow Gate!, and am thinking of checking out Dragon Crisis!, Kore wa Zombie desu ka? and Gosick. So far, I think that Rio – Rainbow Gate! is okay, and that I’ll probably keep watching it just to see how it turns out.
Now, I’m not sure if any of you remember a little series called Kiddy Grade, but it finally got a sequel back in 2009. I wasn’t aware that Kiddy GiRL-AND came out until Crunchyroll announced that they would be streaming it early last month. Around that same time, I had gotten an e-mail for a month-long trial to CR. WHAT PERFECT TIMING! I’ve only watched 10 of the 24 episodes as of this post, and I’m really enjoying it… even if it took 9 episodes to build-up some nice action. One of these days, I need to re-watch Kiddy Grade since it’s been quite a few years since I marathoned it.
Okay, it’s never a good idea to write up something at 3am because it’ll end up all over the place like this.
Before I wrap this thing up, I’m curious to know what you’re watching right now! See those boxes below? Fill them in!
Just got this wonderful gift in the mail from the lovely cosplay extraordinaire known as VAMPY BIT ME. Thanks to her, it’s officially the best 22nd birthday ever (which is on the 21st, BTW). Thank you, Vampy~ ♥ -hugs-
Speaking of birthdays, I hope you, the person reading this, won’t forget about mine. Drop me some birthday wishes. Or give me stuff on Gaia Online. I’ll love you forever!
It’s been right at two months since Animazement ended and this is just now going up. I fail. Enjoy the train wreck below and don’t forget to check out my AZ 13 photo gallery, as it accompanies this wrap-up.
It’s without a doubt that Animazement is one of North America’s best-kept secret anime conventions! 7,070 people convened at the Raleigh Convention Center in Raleigh, North Carolina to enjoy 3 days of win!
